Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched within 2-5 days of placing the order. We send them via standard courier partners and share a tracking link. Most deliveries happen within 6-10 working days. During Sale days, this might get delayed further.

Free shipping is provided on all orders above 2000 INR.

If we are facing huge demands in production, we might get slightly delayed, as all our products are handmade. But we will try to dispatch the bag as soon as we can, and keep you updated.

The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch or lost in transit by us.

We ship orders PAN India via couriers like Shiprocket , Kerry Indev express, Xpressbees , Delhivery, Shadowfax, E-comm express, DTDC, India Post & Bluedart. All orders are shipped on surface transport basis.
