Shipping Policy 

All orders will be dispatched within 2-5 days of placing the order. We send them via standard courier partners and share a tracking link. Most deliveries happen within 6-10 working days. During Sale days, this might get delayed further. 

Free shipping is provided on all orders above 2000 INR. 

If we face huge production demands, we might get slightly delayed, as all our products are handmade. But we will try to dispatch the bag as soon as we can and keep you updated. 

If you have any delivery concerns, please email us at  thetashbags@gmail.com, and we will try to respond as soon as possible. You can also contact us via the WhatsApp link on the website as soon as possible. 

If the order is canceled before dispatch or lost in transit, we will refund the whole amount, including any delivery charges. 

We ship orders PAN India via couriers like Shiprocket, Kerry Indev Express, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Shadowfax, E-comm Express, DTDC, India Post, and Bluedart. All orders are shipped on a surface transport basis. 

Cancellation and Refund 

Canceling a product can be done before it is dispatched from the warehouse. In that case, a complete refund of the total amount will be given. To cancel your order, contact thetashbags@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 7000025113. Once the product is despatched, cancellation will not be entertained. 

Return and exchange policy 

If a damaged product is received on delivery, please contact the email thetashbags@gmail.com WhatsApp +91 7000025113, with a product opening video within 48 hours of delivery and the brand tag intact. We will review the case, and if the product is eligible for an exchange, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and exchange the damaged product with a new one. 

Please note we only return the product if it is damaged. 

The product will be picked up from your address, and the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges. The complete refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the product. 

Late or Missing Refunds (due to payment failure, if applicable). 

These typically happen due to an issue between your bank and the payment partner on our website. However, almost always, the transactions are rightfully fixed without any intervention required. This entire process takes 7-8 working days. 

If you haven’t received a refund after this time frame, recheck your bank account. 

Then contact your credit card company since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our artisans handcrafted all our products with love to ensure our customers can get the best of style and utility. 

We also ensure we provide pictures of the products from multiple angles, often with some common objects kept inside, to give you the best idea of their size and dimensions. 

We also give you a magnified view of the fabric and vegan leather to ensure you get a good feel of the final product. 

After your purchase, each product undergoes a thorough quality check before being dispatched via our courier partners.
